Essay

The thesis is dedicated to development of combined anticorrosive additive for alcohol-hydrocarbon fuels. The corrosion process of steel, copper, aluminium, lead in alcohol-hydrocarbon fuels with presence of anticorrosion additives is studied. The additive package consisting of POD:vikasol:neonol (2:2:1). POD - oil-soluble surface-active screening substance, vikasol - acceptor type chemisorption inhibitor and neonol - nonionic surface-active substance is developed. The activity mechanism of combined anticorrosion additive is defined. The technological scheme of combined anticorrosion additive production is proposed. The normative and technical documentation for obtaining of additive "Inkor-DHTI" is developed.
