Essay

The dissertation is devoted to questions of improvement anesthesiology management of ear surgery and adaptation for one day hospital. Results of examination and testing of 92 patients who underwent ear surgery for hearing improvement are in a basis of work. As a result of research the optimum variant anesthesiology management ear surgery for hearing improvement, use for a one day hospital is developed. Inexpediency of application of Atropine sulfate before ear surgery is shown. The mathematical analysis of variability of heart rhythm is recognized by qualitative addition of monitoring of a patients condition for surgery time. Tapping - the test and an estimation of operative memory a method of storing of ten Lurii words enabled quickly and easily to estimate a degree of restoration of patients after surgery and use of anesthetic medication. It is shown advantages of application Propofol in comparison with Tyopentl and expediency of use Propofol at improvement anesthesiology management of ear surgery for a one day hospital.
