Bogashov O. Electoral committees in the system of public authority bodies of Ukraine: constitutional legal aspect

The dissertation is dedicated to a research of constitutional legal status of electoral committees in the system of public authority bodies of Ukraine. The basic internal institutional features of the electoral committees are examined in this paper on both theoretical and practical level. A detailed analysis of external systemic ties with the state governing bodies and the bodies of local self-government is done. Results of the research showed that the system of electoral committees in Ukraine requires a thorough consolidation of the basic legal status elements. The current status of the system of electoral committees in Ukraine is characterized by its rapid inveteracy into the constitutional system of public authority.
