Object: an investment process is on trade enterprises. Purpose: verification of theoretical positions and development scientifically methodical recommendations in relation to the organizational planning of investment process on a trade enterprise. Methods: grouping and estimations of dynamics, dynamic programming, expert estimations, theories of rows, analysis of hierarchies, and model of parallel classification. It is offered: first: interval classifier of types of organizational structures of management on the base of which the situational model of choice is made as a deference to rank structure depending on its operating conditions; it is improved: indexes of estimation of efficiency of introduction of investment projects are taking into account the cost of time; model of estimation of net present value of permanent cyclic money streams; criterion of synthesis of organizational structures; performance of composition of objects of the organizational planning by clarification of concept of the business-system as model; gathered subsequent development: facilities of calculation of terms of introduction of investment project; concept-category vehicle of the organizational planning by introduction of term "subordination structure" in place of term "organizational structure of management", terms which determine the new concepts of types of deference to rank structures and concept "quasielement of organizational structure".
