Nekrasova T. The legal regulation of state assistance to the economic organizations

Object of research: economic relations which arise up in the process of grant a state help for economic organization. The purpose of research: development of new theoretical positions of the legal adjusting of grant a state help for economic organization, preparation of suggestions on the improvement of legislation in the field of state help for economic organization. Methods of research: abstracting, analysis and synthesis, legalistically logical, system, comparatively-legal, statistical. Theoretical and practical meaning: consists in the scientific ground of directions of improvement of the legal adjusting of grant a state help for economic organization. Job performances are inculcated in practical activity of Center of initiations of bill at the Donetsk regional soviet at development of suggestions on perfection of legislation in the field of state help for economic organization. Drawn on the separate results of research Main administration of statistics in the Donetsk area, and also in-process the Company limited liability "VKF "DON-ENERDZHI" and Companies limited liability "ALLUKRAINIAN MANAGING COMPANY" at development of documents with the purpose of receipt of certain types of state help. Scientific novelty: аnalysis of state assistance's characteristics, forms and kinds of state assistance to the economic organizations, legal bases of state control of national assistance is completed. The definition of national assistance to the economic organizations is proposed. The directions of development of laws, witch deals with state assistance to the economic organizations, are investigated; classification of state assistance to the economic organizations, is given. The propositions of improvement of assistance's order on regional, branch-wise and national levels, is justified. The analysis of World Trade Organization's and European Union's law, according to the national assistance to the economic organizations, is completed; the aim of this analysis was to use it for future perfection of the Ukrainian laws.The propositions for harmonization of Ukrainian and European Union lows in state assistance area are constructed. Sphere of the use: subjects of initiation of bill for perfection of legislation about state assistance for economic organization; the higher educational institutions.
