Gordijchuk Y. Organizational-economic bases of forming of the system of ecological certification in Ukraine

Object - process of development of ecological certification in the context of introduction of ekologo-ekonomicheskih reforms in Ukraine. Purpose - ground of theoretic-methodological bases and organizational-economic instruments of forming of the effective system of national ecological certification. Methods - economical-ecological, systems and statistical analysis. Novelty - scientific vision in relation to essence determination of notion is formulated the "integrated system of ecological certification" as a separate constituent of the technical adjusting of quality of products and state of environment, which determines concrete objects, functions of ecological certification, and also its organizational-economic model taking into account market and social-ecological priorities of development of the state; conceptual posi- tions in relation to forming of the system of national ecological certification are grounded, which include principles, criteria and factors of development of ecological certification in the context of requirements of ecological and food safety. Result - exposed the essence of notion "integrated system of ecological certification" and conceptual positions in relation to its forming are grounded. Recommended - by Man- agement of education and scientific activity of Odessa regional state administration, State administration of guard of natural environment in the Lvov area.
