Essay

The dissertation is devoted to investigation of the actual problem of the modern paediatrics- the increase of the effectiveness of prognosis of the morbidity of early aged children who were born by smocking mothers. It is proved, that the children, born by the smoking mothers, have some deviation in their physical development both in neonatal period and during the 1st year of life. The peculiarity of the neuropsychic development of these children according to the Wechsler scale with the use of the coefficient QD is the lag in 2-3 ephycrysis's terms. The direct connection between the physical and neuropsychic development has been established. The body had the closest connection with the QD during all centurial periods in both groups. The analysis of the biochemical researches has revealed that all children have the endothelial dysfunction which includes in decrease of content of the vasodilatator S-neutrosotilles and increase of the vasoconstrictor endotheline ?1, it is connected with activity of the tobacco during the pregnancy. The different tendencies of the breaches of the immunity markers: its activation and depression has been revealed. High morbidity of the children who were born by smoking mothers has been found. The neurological disorders, hypotrophy and acute respiratory disease are dominant in the structure of the morbidity. The frequency of the diseases and the terms of its duration depends on the level of the tiocinat in the blood serum and the intensivity of the endothelial dysfunction.
