Dissertation is dedicated to the study of the impact of environmental factors and socio-economic conditions on the incidence of rural adults and argumentation of the introduction of social-hygienic monitoring at the regional level. In scientific research is made health expertise as objects of environmental and socio-economic conditions of the environment of the rural population of the Rivne region, is brought on the basis of field observations and long term socio-hygienic study the dependence of health of the adult population in rural areas Rivne region of air quality, drinking water, food, social and living conditions and level of medical support; held territories by ranking the sum of pollution, the main objects of the environment, is created and implemented at the regional level methodology assessing the quality of the environment and its impact on the morbidity of the population subject to performance of official medical statistics and mathematical modeling predicted changes in health status, as well as the concept of the phased creation of socio-hygienic monitoring of Ukraine proposed project and environmental health passport settlement.
