Essay

Dissertation is devoted the questions of improvement of treatment's results of patients with incisional ventral hernia using lightweight composite mesh with a complex postoperative rehabilitation. The results of 112 patients treatment which carried alloplasty of abdominal wall and implantation of different types meshes were analyzed. It is well-proven in experimental part, that application of composite allograft diminishes inflammatory processes in the area of implantation, positively influences on motion of regenerator processes and quality of appearing connective tissue complex. It is well-proven in a comparative aspect, that application of light composite meshes in treatment of patients with incisional ventral hernia allowed to improve the results of treatment due to diminishing of pain syndrome's duration, terms of hospital stay treatment, frequency of early and remote postoperative complications, diminishing of frequency of hernia's relapses and the best renewal of abdominal wall's function.
