Panigrahi P. Optimization of Complex Treatment of Myocardial Infarction Especially After Thrombolytic Therapy

The object of study - History of disease and patients with myocardial infarction ST segment elevation ; Aim - the study of characteristics of a violation of hemostasis after thrombolytic therapy and the course of heparin therapy, justification and evaluation of the effectiveness of magnetic therapy with the aim of prolongation hypo coagulation effect and prevent rethrombosis; methods - clinical, biochemical, instrumental, statistical ; novelty- re perfusion analyzed and evaluated the effectiveness of long-term results of the two most commonly used thrombolytic (alteplase and streptokinase). The first, the time of formation, duration and mechanisms of formation hyper coagulant syndrome in patients with myocardial infarction after thrombolytic therapy with subsequent heparin therapy.For the first time developed a technique of magnetic therapy in patients with myocardial infarction after thrombolysis and studied its effect on the clinical course of disease and coagulation potential of blood. For the first time proved the feasibility and demonstrated the effectiveness of magnetic therapy techniques in complex rehabilitation treatment patients with infarction after thrombolytic therapy, introduced in the practice of cardiology at the City Clinical Hospital № 3 (Odessa), cardiological department of the Military Health Clinical Hospital of the southern region (Odessa) as well as in the educational process of the Odessa, Donetsk, Lugansk medical university, sector of use - therapeutic and diagnostic process and therapeutic cardiology departments, the pedagogical process of therapeutic departments of medical institutions.
