Markovych V. The epidemiological aspects of emergency situations of natural genesis (on the model of floods in the Transcarpathian oblast of Ukraine)

Dissertation is devoted to the study of epidemiological aspects of liquidation of floods' consequences, and also determination of leading factors of epidemic unprosperity, which largely predetermine getting up of infectious morbidity, and improvement on this basis of the existent system of antiepidemic measures, in the conditions of liquidation of floods' and impoundments' consequences. It is shown that as a result of action of factors of emergency situations in suffered from a flood districts, the level of general infectious morbidity grows considerably. The method of calculations of economic losses from infectious pathology is produced, there are also determinated epidemiology efficiency and economic effect of the conducted of antiepidemic works. The model of liquidation of consequences emergency situations, caused of floods, is created, with distributing on four phases (stages).
