84 patients with premature ejaculation (PE) and 38 patients with normal duration of intercourse were included in research. Clinical research pelvic floor muscles training with biofeedback and lumbosacral stimulations in open cross research was carried out. The important role of synapses conductivity acceleration in development of congenital PE was established. Electroneuromodulation can to slow down conductivity due to membrane hyperpolarization. Regulation of ejaculation duration could be possible with the maximal relaxation of pelvic muscles. Congenital PE pathogenesis it is not connected to increase Т3, Т4, testosterone, prolactine, FSH, LH and thyroid hormones (Т3, Т4). Behavioral therapy clinically significantly can increase the intravaginal latency period, a degree of the ejaculatory control, sexual satisfaction and reduce partners distress and its effect directly correlates with initial duration of intercourse. Lumbosacral stimulation does not render influence on a degree of the ejaculatory control and can be used in patients with intravaginal latency period duration less than 1 minute.
