SAPSAJ A. Choice of treatment of women with stress urinary incontinence without dropping of pelvic organs.

The results of the conservative and combination (endourethral electrostimulation of the neck of the urinary bladder in connection with the medical treatment) therapy of women stress urinary incontinence without dropping of pelvic organs are given in the thesis. The most effective was the combination therapy of women with stress urinary incontinence (the positive result was got by 88,7% of the sick in comparison with 36,6% of those using the conservative treatment). The result of treatment depended on the age of the sick, degree of urinary incontinence, as well as duration of disease. Application of the combination therapy improves quality of life of the sick by 54,4%.The negative influence of stress urinary incontinence on women's sexual health was got by 43,2% of the sick women and also depended on the age of the sick, degree of urinary incontinence and duration of disease.The developed own technology of urinary incontinence operative therapy allows to fix more reliably the anterior wall of vagina in high retropubic position and reach recovery by 96% of the sick, reduce postoperative complications by 24,6% and postoperative period of stay in the hospital by 31%. By investigating of remote postoperative results there is reduction of backset of urinary incontinence by 9,7% by using the own technology in comparison with the traditional.
