Shtereverya A. Formation of Well-balanced System of Indices of Enterprise Activities Evaluation

Object of research: estimation process of results in the function of commercial enterprise; aim of project: further development of methodical-theoretic condition estimating function in mechanic engineering enterprise based on the balancing well-balanced system of indices (WSI); device and techniques of research: regularities and approaches of managing economical subjects and processes, system perspective, methods of theoretic generalization, analysis and synthesis, methods of descriptive statistics, multidimensional statistic methods ( canonical analysis ), mathematical constructive method of summarized measuring data, diagram method; theoretic and practical results: accomplished listing of principals' formation in the system of data for the benefit of estimating function of enterprise by virtue of accordance of modern methods managing the enterprise, integration of basic managing functions, conditionality of data accomplishments of analytic functions; WSI as an instrument of managing enterprise according to components, difference of which lays in its specification of the individual additionally recommended data and synthesis in generalized data on corresponding components due to according components summarizing the regulations of changes in each separate data and the further combination in one data for estimation of enterprise function by multiplicative method of summarization; methodic recommendations for estimating function of enterprise in which procedures are provided and the difference of which appears in analytic security that is: descriptive statistics of basic features of enterprise function, development of statistic equation of financial and marketing components, internal business processes composing quality and development of staff; identification of factors of influence on enterprise function and the choice of the successful key factors with the help of canonical analysis; development of generalized data due to the components of WSI; further development have also obtained: content and structure of strategic maps as informational carriers of WSI, in virtue of which processes of implementation were organized as well as the function of system of managing on enterprise due to formed data system distinctive specification of which is the presence of efficiency criteria of each four of its components, key factors of componential development which for a fact reflect achievements of strategic aims of enterprise and its separate subdivisions; events for rationalization of existing informational system and organizational structure in managing of individual enterprise due to functioning of strategic maps with the accent on the stages of implementation process of WSI in the managing of enterprise; object and degree of implementation: the results of this dissertation research can be used in mechanic engineering enterprise operations and were introduced on PLC "PTMZ" (reference № 08/14 from 13.09.2007), PLC "Electromotor" (reference № 244 from 23.08.2007), PLC "Poltavamash" (reference № 60/30 from 17.01:2008).
