Object of research: process of management of personnel of industrial enterprise on the basis of material incentive; purpose of the work: substantiation of theoretical principles and development of methodic support of assessment of work efficiency and identification of directions of its growth by means of material incentive of personnel at machine-building enterprise; methods of research and equipment: system approach of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, logical generalization, method of scientific abstraction, taxonomic method , econometric analysis, method of economic and statistic research, method of radar, grapho-analytical method, method of expert assessments; theoretical and practical results: system of indexes of assessment of efficiency of work which, in contrast to existing fragmentary indexes, includes four interconnected hierarchic levels (state level, collective level, level of subdivision and personal level); methodic approach to distribution of net income for consumption and investing between consumed part and capitalized part; scientific and methodic support of correcting management of efficiency of work at the expense of assessment of influence of indexes, which characterize them on the personal level, level of subdivision and collective level as a whole, on the change of integral index of efficiency of work with the use of logistic function. The application of the suggested support which core is the methodology of determination of indexes-representatives for individual enterprise gives the possibility to reveal the priorities in improvement of the condition of components of efficiency of work; definition of the conception of “pay”, which in difference to the previous statements is viewed as the price of manpower, which is defined on the basis of coordinated system of material incentive of personnel, which purpose is to provide the reproductive and stimulating function and achievement of balance of interests of hired workers and employers in conditions of institutional changes in society; systematization of principles of pay for labour, determination of the connection between principles and functions of pay that in difference to the existing single correspondence “function-principle” defines multiple connection “function-principles” which expands the understanding of essence and peculiarity of display of functions; methodic approach to calculation of individual pay which is based on determination of single wage rates distribution for enterprise on the basis of twelve qualification levels of personnel which are characterized by differentiated working life by trade, complexity of the work performed, education of a certain level.
