An object is an acute coronary syndrome without ST-segment elevation with concomitant heart failure of ІІ-А stage. A purpose is an increase of efficiency of treatment of patients; novelty - It was established that application of clopidogrel and ivabradine together with basic therapy leads to cardiac rate reduction, normalization of hemostasis activity, correction of vegetative nervous system disbalance, of endothelin-1 and NT-pro BNP, which in turn leads to improvement of concomitant acute coronary syndrome without ST-segment elevation with heart failure of ІІ-А stage.
