Philippov A. Administrative-law security of the civil aviation safety in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the complex, based on the system approach, research of the administrative-law security of the civil aviation safety in Ukraine. The history of its formation, current status and prospect of its development are investigated in dissertation. The author put the comparative analysis of national legal regulations with the legal regulations of foreign countries, European and international standards. Author makes conclusion about the series defects in the administrative-law security of the civil aviation safety in Ukraine in presence and about instability in it, which proves the incompleteness of its formation and necessity of further reform. The numerous suggestions for its improvement are formulated.
