The dissertation summarized the research results of theoretical and legal principles regulating the administrative responsibility for offences in the fuel and energy complex of Ukraine. There have been specified the administrative offences in the fuel and energy complex of Ukraine. It has been proved that only administrative charges are a measure of administrative responsibility for administrative offences. The main purpose of a study is laying a sound scientific foundation of administrative responsibility for the offences in the sphere of fuel and energy complex of Ukraine, providing recommendations and proposals for practical improvement of the relevant provisions of legislation.
