Kvit N. Civil regulation of mortgage crediting in Ukraine

The dissertation is dedicated to the civil-law regulation of mortgage crediting in Ukraine. The author examines the question of evolution of the mortgage crediting regulation origins in Ukraine and abroad and also the mortgage crediting and mortgage credit notion. The functioning of mortgage crediting system is analyzed on the bases of its notion and structure. The author also investigates the subjects of mortgage crediting relations and the convenience of their interaction with the help of mortgage machinery (refinancing, securing etc.) The question of mortgage credit contract and credit contract legal nature is considered as well. The most important terms of the mortgage credit contract are defined and the question of mortgage credit objects specificity in mortgage crediting relations is also investigated. The author also considers the basis and the features of the civil responsibility of mortgage credit contract subjects. On the basis of the researches made in the dissertation, the author makes conclusions and suggests some propositions how to improve the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of mortgage crediting civil regulation of Ukraine.
