Verhovec A. Civil liability for the breach of contract

Dissertation contains the complex scientific analysis of modern theoretical and practical legal problems in the field of civil liability for the infringement of contracts. In particular, dissertation examines the components, principles, functions, grounds, types and forms of contract liability. The signs of signs of contract liability were examined and analysed; the correlation between contract liability and outside of contract liability was set. The criteria of differentiating of civil legal sanctions and sanctions of contractual liability are set and analysed. The comparative analysis of various approaches to resolving the problems of legal regulation of liability, for the infringement of the contract in foreign countries. Significant attentions are paid to analysis of modern judicial practice regarding the liability in contract relations. On the basis of the conducted research the suggestions regarding the improvement of current legislation of Ukraine are formulated.
