Afanasiev I. Matrimonial dezadaptation in benign prostatic hyperplasia

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of disturbances of sexual health in men who suffer from benign prostatic hyperplasia. On the basis of systemic approach in studying sexual health with account of biorhithmological, somathogenic, sociogenic and psychogenic factors it was for the first time that there were studied the peculiarities of the development of matrimonial couple desadaptation in which a husband suffers from benign prostatic hyperplasia. There were studied psychological peculiarities of persons in matrimonial couples, characters' accentuations, sexual satisfactions, conflicts and ways of their resolving in the couples. There were established different variants of sexual desadaptation, determined the dependence of benign prostatic hyperplasia and sexual manifestations on the condition of biological rhythms of a husband and a wife, there were discovered their reasons, mechanisms and there were worked out differential-diagnostic criteria and system of psychocorrection.
