In the thesis are the theoretical and experimental study and a new topical scientific problem solving - to improve the treatment outcome of women with anterior vaginal wall prolapse. Based on the study and systematization of anterior fascial - ligamentous damages and urethro-vesical segment functional assessment was detected the types of cysto-uretrocele and the mechanism of urinary incontinence in women with anterior prolapse. The mathematical model of interaction between urethra and bladder position and functional disorders of urination allowed to develop criteria for choosing the type of surgical correction of symptomatic cysto-uretrocele. Implementation of the proposed treatment algorithm allowed to improvie the quality of life through personalization choice of surgical treatment in women with cysto-uretrocele.
