Kolesyuk V. The eclogue-sanitary aspects of maintainance and renewal of servicemen's health of international peacemaking contingents

The dissertation work is devoted to the decision of the problem of maintenance and renewal of servicemen's health who take part in the international peacemaking operations. The features of conditions and factors of servicemen's professional activity of peacemaking contingent of Ukraine in Republic Iraq and Liberia have been studied. In the result of the comparative analysis the intercommunication is determined between the conditions, the duration of peacemaking operation and professional loading of servicemen in connection with possible influence on the state of psychical and somatic health. It is set up that the existent system of the medical providing of international peacemaking Military Powers of Ukraine doesn't take into account to a full degree the ecological and sanitary conditions of servicemen's professional activity, which testifies to the necessity of acceptance of complex of additional measures on a maintenance and renewal of health which must be carried out in three types of military-medical establishments: the Military-medical clinical centre; the Centre of medical rehabilitation and sanatorium-resort treatment; the medical parts of peacemaking contingents in two interdependent directions: realization of individual dynamic medical control after the state of health and reactions of organism on the action of extreme factors of international peacemaking operations; realization of preventive restoration and rehabilitation measures according to the indexes of the "functional state of organism at the level of high bound of standard".
