Petruk S. Scientific rationale for sanitation measures at pollution areas the products of combustion of yellow phosphorus (the case of an accident in the Lviv region)

The paper is devoted to development and scientific substantiation of hygienic measures to minimize the consequences of an emergency nature with man-made emissions (spout) of yellow phosphorus to the environment and health of the liquidators of the accident. An hygienic assessment of the consequences of large-scale disaster caused by pollution of the products of combustion of yellow phosphorus, a large area in the Lviv region, similar to which was not yet in Ukraine. Investigated the complex effects of products of combustion of yellow phosphorus (phosphoric and phosphorous anhydride, carbon monoxide, etc.). Liquidators health emergency, which were combined action of toxic compounds and high temperature. Established the impact of combustion products of yellow phosphorus on the health of the liquidators of emergency in the near future (within 2 -3 days) and remote (one year after the accident) periods. Conducted weather coming and remote negative consequences caused by the action of products of combustion of yellow phosphorus, the health of liquidators. Developed and scientifically based sanitary measures at pollution areas the products of combustion of yellow phosphorus in the emergency man-made disasters.
