The advanced study is devoted to the decision of the urgent problem of modern obstetrics - lowering of frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications in pregnant women with hepatitis C by means of development of modern tactic of conducting of pregnant women infected with hepatitis C, to the substantiation of the prognostication table of individual risk placenta insufficiency emergence in this category of pregnant women.A retrospective clinic-statistic analysis of 150 birth histories of the pregnant women with hepatitis C, analysis of pregnancy course features, births, post-natal period, morphological features of foetus, states of foetus and new-born at 131 pregnant women in the age of 17-25 is accomplished.The risk factors of emergence of pregnancy and birth complications in pregnant women with chronic hepatitis C are exposed, and the inspection card and the prognostication table are developed on the basis of this information. Reliability of individual prognosis of risk of placenta insufficiency emergence in pregnant women with hepatitis C is 80 % and validity is 76 % that provides the high degree of authenticity of prognosis.The methods of conducting of pregnancy and birth, of complication prophylaxis in pregnant women with hepatitis C as well as the prognostication table of individual risk of placenta insufficiency in pregnant women with hepatitis C are developed and introduced in medical practice, that allows reducing frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications in pregnant women with hepatitis C
