Essay

The dissertation is dedicated of solution of the problem of optimization of conducting pregnancy in women with connective tissue dysplasia, which is determined as perinatal significant pathologic state. A complete retrospective study is carried out, which allowed to determine the population frequency of connective tissue dysplasia (CTD), to find associative relations of CTD in a woman with pathology of pregnancy and delivery, formation of perinatal complications, predisposition of newborns to disorders of neonatal adaptation, hypoxic and ischemic cerebral lesions. According to the results of prospective observations, typical symptom complexes of CTD in women of the reproductive age are ascertained, risk factors of perinatal pathology associated with CTD are concretized; it is studied that a basis of feto-placental disorders in this contingent of the women consists in placental dysmorphogenesis, the essence of which is disorders of collagen metabolism and congenital vascular anomalies. A formalized system of a step-by-step prognosis of perinatal pathology in women with CTD is proposed, as well as expediency of angioprotective therapy application as a method of pathogenetic influence on feto-placental complex, optimization of pregnancy results.
