Object - recurrent duodenal bleeding of ulcerous etiology (RDBUE); purpose - to improve the results of treatment of patients with RDBUE by prognostication of relapse of bleeding and improvement of tactic of holiatry; methods – clinical, laboratory, biochemical, histological, pathomorphology, roentgenologic, endoscopic, mathematical, statistical; results – studied and specified results of treatment of patients with RDBUE and prognostics criteria which are grounded promote probability of relapse of the duodenal bleeding are set; the prognostic model of determination of risk of origin of relapse of the duodenal bleeding is first developed; the histological features of large and giant duodenal ulcers are studied, depending on their localization, complicated by the recurrent bleeding; the degree of efficiency of hemostasia is certain by a endoscopic way in relation to the origin of relapse of the duodenal bleeding; the method of exteriorization ulcer is improved at penetrating ulcers in an aggregate with a pyloristenosis; tactic and choice of optimum method of surgical treatment of RDBUE is improved; branch – medicine.
