Didkivska T. Sovereignty of monetary policy in an open economy.

An object is relations which are formed in the process of collaboration and competition between the subjects of monetary policy, by international financial institutes and participants of financial markets in relation to providing of national economic interests. Research purpose - to substantiate the essence of sovereignty of monetary policy in an open economy and ways of its realization. Methods and apparatus - dialectical, inductive, deductive, unity of historical and logical, analysis and synthesis methods. Theoretical and practical results - on the basis of theoretical research of essence and features of sovereignty of monetary policy in the process of globalization, conceptual principles of his realization are offered in Ukraine with the purpose of providing of effective monetary policy in the conditions of the negative influencing of external factors. Novelty - theory-methodological principles of providing of sovereignty in monetary policy are developed, the features of forming of institution environment which is necessary for its realization in Ukraine are exposed. Degree of introduction - it is inculcated. Sphere (industry) of the use - by the organs of power and higher educational establishments.
