Essay

The thesis is devoted to complex research of features of the external breathing, morphofunctional state of the mitochondrial apparatus and hemato-parenhymatous barrier, pro- and antioxidant balance of the periodontal soft tissues under the acute immobilization stress and study of periodontal tissues defence mechanisms with the help of the interval hypoxic training. The ob¬tained results allow to come to conclusion that the action of interval hypoxic hypoxia on the organism favours the forming of oxygen-dependent mechanisms of its adaptation to acute stress load, and considerable increase of resistance to an extraordinary irritant action.
