Essay

The thesis devoted to application peculiarities of the rail-to-rail operational amplifiers in the signal transducers of the microelectronic capacity type sensor devices. Such sensor devices belong to the most complicated ones from the signal transducer circuit point of view that is caused by requirement of measurement primary transducers' electric capacitance with high accuracy. Basic novelty of the rail-to-rail operational amplifiers is integration of two cascades on the mutually opposed by type of channel carriers the low voltage MOS transistors. It have provided the problem solution of input and output voltage range increasing up to circuit supply voltage. The mathematic model of rail-to-rail operational amplifier was built; the stability of such operational amplifiers in the capacity driver circuits was analyzed; a few signal transducers for the microelectronic capacity type sensor devices was developed and investigated.
