Kravtsova S. Development of the normative provisions for NPP management integrated system processes determination with the purpose of their operation safety providing.

Dissertation is devoted to development of scientific recommendations for determination of NPP integrated management system (ISM) processes. Approaches is conducted to NPP operation safety improvement and it is proved that ISM creation and implementation is a new effective approach for the subsequent improvement of NPP save operation. The terms: "integrated management system", "determination of process", "base unit", "through process" are formulated and offered for usage in the normative documents. New approach for determination of NPP ISM processes is offered based on the NPP material streams usage as a basis for process formation. The method of ISM processes determination is developed which is based on determination of uncertainty sources and their general input in designed process quality. It is suggested to describe determination of process control quality level according to position of depicting point for material stream condition space. The coordinates of this point are the value of variables that characterize the degrees of freedom for this stream - quality indexes. Methods developed are put in basis of the offered industry standard project for "Determination of NPP integrated system management processes", that allowed to improve the NPP normative base on questions connected with processes determination during ISM creation.
