Essay

In this dissertation the main questions of administrative-legal regulations of administrative relations and the process of acceptance and realization administrative decisions in the Customs of Ukraine in conditions of making administrative reforms in Ukraine were researched. The analyse of theoretical and existing normative-legal acts were made, it provides administrative activity. The role and the meaning of administrative-legal influence on optimization in functioning as the management system in the customs at all were investigated.
