The dissertation deals with new aspects of diagnostics and effect on the course of the left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in patients with stable angina and arterial hypertension, according to sex and age, body mass index, hemodynamics, the contentof C-reactive protein, thyroid stimulating hormone, aldosterone, cortisol, testosterone. The decreose of ECG and EchoCG manifestations of LVH in case of an addition of calcium antagonists to therapy causes a more marked reduction than for B-adrenoblockers. Branch - medicine.
