The dissertation describes the research of the essence, the role, the structure, the criteria, the index for the measurement, psychological peculiarities of personal determinants of self-care, and the search of effective ways and methods of optimization at the adolescent age. The psychocorrectional program of rise of self-care in adolescent age, directed to creation of psycho-pedagogical conditions for productive overcoming of age crisis by means of their activation is substantiated, developed and implemented. Its effectiveness as system of influence on intensity of self-care and activation of personal development of pupils at the adolescent age is proved.
