Thesis is devoted to the research of mechanisms of guaranteeing the realization of eurointegration politics by state authority. These mechanisms were mediated by the norms of administrative law. The essence and content of eurointegration politics and its meaning and influence on Ukrainian state and law are determined. The system of subjects of guaranteeing eurointegration processes in Ukraine is researched. The content of this system is formed by state authority, intergovernmental organizations and private subjects (local authorities and public institutions).
