Milievskyi O. Prognosis, prophylaxis and treatment of complication of pregnancy in women with a history of tube-peritoneal infertility

Dissertation is devoted the decline of frequency of complications of pregnancy and delivery in women with a history of tube-peritoneal infertility. The dissertation contains theoretical ground of pathogenetic processes, associated with urogenital infection, features of motion of pregnancy and delivery, state of fetus and new-born in women with a history of tube-peritoneal infertility of inflammatory genesis, a mathematical model and algorithm of prognosis of these violations. It has been developed the clinic-paraclinical criteria of complication origin in pregnant women depending on the conducted pregravidant preparation and mathematical model and algorithm of complication prognosis. On the basis of study of anamnesis, features of homoeostasis, cytokine status, adaptation possibilities, neuroendocrine state, spectrum of urogenital infection, ultrasound photometry, and dopplerometry, morphological and imunohistochemical data of placentas, improvement of the differentiated tactic of management of pregnancy the frequency of pregnancy complications in women with tube-peritoneal infertility has been reduced.
