Kuzmina M. Economic legal means of assurance of the quality оf product.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the problems of the economic-legal assurance of the production quality. The development and present day understanding of the "production quality" conception have been given in the work. The classification of legal means of assurance of the production quality in accordance with its understanding taking into account the international approaches of this problem solving has been carried out. The separate means of assurance of the production quality (technical regulation, standardization, conformity assessment, supervision for the norms observing as to the production safety and the responsibility for their violation , economic contract ) have been considered in detail, their necessity and the ways of their reformation have been proved. On the base of the conducted research and the analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine concerning problems of quality, the general conception as to the improvement of the legal means system of assurance of the production quality in Ukraine has been proposed.
