Essay

This dissertation thesis is a complex research of the problems related to administrative and legal regulation of physical culture and sport. This thesis considers sport and physical culture as an object of the state regulation. The author analyzes the system of the state authorities in the sphere of physical culture and sport, as well as theoretical and practical aspects of state control. Research also concerned the competence of local self-government as to the physical culture and sport. It analyzes the license procedure of the physical and recreation sport activities as a type of non-jurisdiсtional process. She makes specific suggestions as to the improvement of the legislation on physical culture and sport.
