Stacenko E. Development of methodological approaches to assessment of regional water consumption system

Dissertation work is devoted to the questions of perfection the methodological approaches to the estimation of the system of regional water consumption taking into account influencing factors of social-ecological-economical environment. Essence of concepts "nature management", "water consumption", "balanced water consumption system". Within the framework of dissertation research, the conceptual model of the balanced system of regional water consumption, for the first time the methodical approach is offered to determination of level balanced regional water consumption system, and also got further development approach to the estimation of influencing parameters of the system on a resulting index and methodical providing of diagnostics of functioning of regional water consumption system. Results of dissertation research are basis for development of complex economic- organizing measures, realization of which will provide harmonization of processes of cooperation of the natural and public systems, regeneration of geophysical properties of water resources, reduction of negative consequences of unauthorized upcast of muddy sewages, and also satisfaction of population necessities of in a drinking-water, proper sanitation norms.
