The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of activity of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine concerning administrative-legal counteraction to illegal immigration. The phenomenon of illegal immigration is examined as the greatest problem of current migratory policy of Ukraine in the light of foreign experience of administrative-legal prevention of illegal immigration. The administrative-legal mechanisms of counteraction to illegal immigration, for example the use of measures of administrative responsibility are described.
