Derkach Y. State regulation of spa building Transcarpathian region of Ukraine (institutional and legal framework)

The aim of the thesis is a scientific and theoretical basis of organizational and legal aspects of the system of state regulation of spa building region and on this basis to develop strategies to improve government health resort activities as a key factor in improving the efficiency of medical industry of Ukraine. Object - a system of state regulation of spa building region of Ukraine. The subject - organizational and legal mechanisms of state regulation of spa building region of Ukraine. Methods: The historical and logical analysis of literary sources, methods of functional-structural analysis method for comparative and statistical analysis of the facts and phenomena; systematic and comprehensive approaches; synthesis method, and prognostic method, data processing method for summarizing the results of research and avoid subjectivism in the conclusions. The novelty of the analysis of spa building and selected institutional and legal aspects of state regulation of this potential in a separate object of research, identified key factors influencing the development of spa building, defines the main directions of improving the mechanisms of state regulation of system proposed model of government regulation development system improved: instrument evaluation of medical and demographic processes on the territory of Transcarpathian region.
