Smokovich M. Problems of delimitation of judicial jurisdiction and determination of administrative courts competence

Thesis is devoted to the investigation of problems of delimitation of Ukrainian courts jurisdiction and determination of administrative courts competence. On the basis of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine, other procedural codes and theoretical approaches general and peculiar criteria of jurisdiction delimitation and administrative courts competence determination are revealed. It is formed special approaches to the delimitation of administrative, commercial, constitutional, civil jurisdictions. It is grounded, that administrative legal proceedings provide wide sections of the population with a sufficient defence of rights, broken by public administration acts. Increasing access of people to the judicial remedy will provide effective protection of there rights, interests and at the same time will strengthen lawfulness, responsibility of public administration.
