Subject of inquiry: purulent wounds of different localization; The aim of investigation: improving of results of treatment of patients with purulent wounds due to developing of algorithm of treatment with applying of alternating magnetic field and ferroplasts; Methods of investigation: clinical, pathomorphological, morphometrical, bacteriological, ultrasonography with energetic Doppler scanning, immunological, statistical; Novelty - scientific problem contained developing of method of treating of purulent wounds based on entering of ferroplasts in purulent wound and further action of alternating magnetic field was concluded in dissertation; Pathogenically based and proved due obtained results terms of secondary suturing of purulent wounds at patients treated traditionally and in case of applying of alternating magnetic field and ferroplasts; Results - Clinical effectiveness and pathogenic trend of developed method of treating of purulent wounds were proved, algorithm of treatment with applying of alternating magnetic field and ferroplasts was developed due to obtained results. This let to attain of healing of wound after suturing in 95,5±2,6% cases; It was determined that applying of alternating magnetic field and ferroplasts let to decreases medium terms of wound healing from 18,25±0,65 days in control group to 11,42±0,45 days in main group; it is inculcated - in medical practice, in an educational process; sphere - medical practice.
