Essay

The thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of legal regulation of obligatory payments, connected with the production of justice. The stages of these payments forming are outlined and characterized, genesis of their legal adjusting and features of transformation in judicial payments, which exist presently are reflected. The place of obligatory payments that connected with the production of justice in the system of taxation is determined, their essence opens up and expedience of existence of two separate judicial payments is grounded - judicial informatively - technical payment and judicial payment, that have in public - legal, obligatory character, the basic elements of legal mechanism of which must be certainly determined in law.
