Essay

The thesis deals with the problems of teaching methods realisation of the students of higer schools to use different loading in physical training. It was found that data on the somatic health, physical development and physical fitness of students are not satisfactory. The data on the proper effect of the different sport nature on the functional state of the students were proved. The own methods dealing with the teaching of application of physical loading accoroling to the functional characteristics of the students' body, were developed. New devision method (streaming) of students into single typological subgroups depending on the somatic health data using the latest technologies, was proposed and reasoned.
