Davydiuk A. Problem of codification of tax laws of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the theoretical principles of legal status of the technology as an independent object of the economic legal relationships. The author determination of the conceptions "technology", "synthetic object of the intellectual property right" "the technologies market infrastructure", "state technological policy", innovative "technological function of the state" has been given. Criteria by which technology can be separated from other innovative and economic legal objects have been de-termined. The system of the public relations connected with the legal technologies turnover has been investigated, the fundamental principles of their regulation and the normative limitation of the state influence have been modeled. All pecularities of realization of state technological policy and creation of the special legal regimes of the realizations of the economic activity directed to the stimula-tion of relations connected with their have turnover have been studied.
