The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of administrative and legal features of public health service state policy realization in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. State social policy regarding the officers of Internal Affairs bodies is analyzed; author's classification and essence of public health service organization legal principles in the system of Internal Affairs bodies are revealed. Normative and legal regulations of Ukrainian Internal Affairs bodies' medical provision are researched.
