Maksymets Y. Political and Economic Analysis of Labor Motivation in Conditions of Transformation of Economy in Ukraine.

The dissertation project is dedicated to the research of the theoretical and methodological issues on how to create a highly effective mechanism of motivation and incentive in Ukraine the stage of transition to a market economy. The research work reveals complex analysis of the system of motivation on labor efficiency with separating factors that determine motivation labor market policy at the micro- and macro levels. The investigation work enhanced theory of correlation between the level of development in common production and the level of motivational behavior through employment. Also the most effective directions in the institutional regulation of motivational relations in the situation of adverse economic conditions are determined.
