The dissertation is devoted to problems of development of positive attitudes to learning in primary classes. Substantiate, developed and tested a program development of positive attitudes towards learning, which is based on personality-oriented education, actualizing determinants and mechanisms of such treatment and brought the need to build on this basis the educational process in primary classes.
