Dissertational work is devoted an establishment of signs which can be used for carrying out of differential judical medical diagnostics of damages of different kinds of fabrics (materials) of clothes which are formed at shots with use of cartridges "Osa", "PND-9P" and "AL-9R", equipped with elastic bullets. Features of damages on different kinds of fabrics (materials) of clothes which are formed at shots by cartridges "Osa", "PND-9P" and "AL-9R" are established. Character of influence of design features of cartridges "Osa", "PND-9P" and "AL-9R" and properties of different kinds of fabrics (materials) of clothes on formation of their damages is revealed. Character of influence of distance of a shot on feature of damages of different kinds of fabrics (materials) of clothes is defined at shots different kinds of cartridges. Are established characteristic for damages at shots by cartridges "Osa", "PND-9P" and "AL-9R" signs which can be used for them differential diagnostic.
